We’re pumped to share we’ve once again teamed up with Chandice Probst of This Vivacious Life to develop these Gingerbread Shakes that may just become your new favorite holiday treat. Packed full of flavor, protein and fun, they’re the perfect way to enjoy the flavors of the season and also power your day. Bonus, the shakes are gluten-free, too!
Here is the recipe:
– 1 container Salted Caramel Crunch ProYo High Protein Low Fat Ice Cream
– 1/2 C milk (or choose your favorite plant-based option)
– 1/2 tsp. allspice
– 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
– 1/2 tsp. fresh ground nutmeg
– Dash of salt
– 3 tbsp. local honey
– 1/2 cup gluten-free gingersnaps
