We know that flowers are pretty to look at, but did you know they taste even better in a smoothie bowl!?! What? That’s right. Check out the deliciousness San Diego blogger Jenny created on her Facebook/blog page, Kirbie’s Cravings. Here’s what she had to say about eating ProYo after yoga:

#sponsored Post lunchtime yoga smoothie bowl! I was recently introduced to Proyo Frozen Yogurt tubes and I really love them! They are high in protein (20 grams per tube) and they taste like ice cream bars! I eat the vanilla and chocolate flavored ones straight out of the tube for dessert and I like using the blueberry pomegranate and vanilla banana flavored ones as a base for a smoothie drink or bowl.

For this bowl, I blended the blueberry pomegranate flavored ProYo with 1/2 cup of blueberries and 1/2 cup of strawberries. I topped it with more fresh fruit, coconut flakes and a few edible flowers from my garden.”
