Need a quick breakfast that can survive your “on the go” lifestyle? Give our ProYo “Early Riser” Mason Jar recipe a try. Here is the recipe: –  1 Vanilla Bean  ProYo High Protein Frozen Yogurt –  2 oz Water –  2 oz Of Ice – 1/8 Cup Of Blueberries – 1/8 Cup Of Strawberries –  1/4 Cup of Rolled Oats – Handful of Raisins – 1  Mason Jar w/ Lid.   Here is what to do: 1)  Add Vanilla ProYo, Water (1/2 of a tube), Ice, Blueberries, and Strawberries into your blender. 2)  Hit the switch and blend until it becomes smooth. 3) Pour ProYo smoothie mixture into a mason jar and top with oats and rasins. 4) Either enjoy right away, or cap it with a lid and take it with you on the go.  🙂
