Ok, so everyone needs a pick-me-up every now and then.  Unfortunately, many of the mochas and coffee drinks on the market are over 200 calories and packed full of sugar and very few of them have any protein at all.  Give this simple cheat a try to get your coffee fix and keep your summer on the chill.

Here is the recipe: –  Dutch Chocolate  ProYo High Protein Frozen Yogurt–  4 oz Coffee –   2oz Of Ice – Optional:  Add 1 teaspoon of whole coffee beans to give it a little extra coffee flavor to add that “ice blended” feel.

Here is what to do: 1)  Add all ingredients into your blender. 2)  Hit the switch 3) Pour into a cup and enjoy!   Instructions
